Program Highlights

Short-Term Loan of your instrument to Others (1 to 7 days):

We will agree to Insure Your instrument loaned to a colleague (whether insured by Anderson or not), at no additional charge.

Coverage will expire on the expiration date of this short-term coverage and cannot be extended.

Our office must be notified before the loan of your Instrument commences.

We will confirm receipt, and email our approval, approving coverage for this loan of your instrument before the requested date of loan

Rental of your Brass Instrument to Others:

Brass Instruments Rented to Others Monthly Premium Rate: $0.084 / $100 of Covered Value.
$35 per month Minimum Premium.
$500 “All Perils” Deductible
A Copy of the Rental Contract is required before commencement of any rental to others.
Condition Photos before the Rental of your brass instrument rented to others is required before we can bind coverage.
Brass Instrument Rented to Others premium rate: $1.00 / $100 of Covered Value/year.
We will confirm receipt, and email our approval, approving coverage for the insured rental of your instrument before the requested date of this rental.

Rental of your Woodwind Instrument to Others:

Woodwind Instrument Rental Rate to Others Monthly Premium Rate: $0.1042 / $100 of Covered Value.
$35 per month Minimum Premium.
$500 “All Perils” Deductible
A Copy of the Rental Contract is required before commencement of any rental to others.
Condition Photos before the Rental of your Woodwind instrument to others is required before we can bind coverage.
Woodwind Instruments rented to others: $1.25 / $100 of Covered Value, per year.
We will confirm receipt, and email our approval, approving coverage for the insured rental of your instrument before the requested date of this rental.

Rental of your Violin or Viola to Others:

Monthly Rental of your Violin or Viola to Others Premium Rate: $0.104/ $100 of Covered Value per month.
$35 per month Minimum Premium.
$500 “All Perils” Deductible
A Copy of the Rental Contract is required before commencement of any rental to others.
Condition Photos before the Rental of your violin or viola to others is required before we can bind coverage.
Rental of your Violin or Viola to others: $1.25/$100/year.

Rental of your Cello to Others:

Cellos Rented to Others Monthly Premium Rate: $0.167 / $100 of Covered Value per month.
$35 per month Minimum Premium.
$500 “All Perils” Deductible
A Copy of the Rental Contract is required before commencement of any rental to others.
Condition Photos before the Rental of your Cello rented to others is required before we can bind coverage.
Annual Rental Rate: Cellos rented to others: $2.00/$100/year.
We will confirm receipt, and email our approval, approving coverage for the insured rental of your instrument before the requested date of this rental.

Rental of your String Bass to Others:

Monthly Rental of your String Bass to others: Premium Rate: STRING BASSES RENTED TO OTHERS PREMIUM RATE: $0.25 / $100 of Covered Value.
$35 per month Minimum Premium.
$500 “All Perils” Deductible
A Copy of the Rental Contract is Required before commencement of any rental
Condition Photos before the Rental of your String Bass are required before we can bind coverage
Annual rental rate: String Basses rented to others: $3.00/$100/year.
We will confirm receipt, and email our approval, approving coverage for the insured rental of your instrument before the requested date of this rental.
